I have a history of eating my emotions. I began to work from home in 2015 and that plus stress led to pounds. At first, the weight was a novelty - a way to hide and not be seen - but then it began to interfere with everyday things. I'd like to walk and not quickly get out of breath, to not be self-conscious, to go clothes shopping and find a wide selection in any store I choose, and to turn heads! 2016 is devoted to learning healthier ways of handling emotions.
