Dinner and theater with a friend last night. Mussels & steak tartare salad & bread, but I'll have to estimate calories. We were thinking about sharing dessert, but fortunately didn't have time.

Today I have an appointment with my new urologist. I will finally address the issue of what to do about this probable, but unconfirmed renal cancer.

Much better interaction with this doctor than the last one. She wants a biopsy, so waiting for a call to schedule that.

Hoping a really good result !! Also, steak tartare is one of my favorites, but there is only one place I will order it,...at least recently. Berns in Tampa, though I am sure there are others just as good or better.

It probably is cancer, but the tumor is very small and self-contained, and they will either burn it or remove it, so I'm not terribly concerned. I had renal cancer in my right kidney about 20 years ago and they removed that tumor with no problem.
