Throwback Thursday. I want my waist this small again but without the joint issues lol. There is a reason that elbow sleeve is on. 10-15 pounds to go. This was from 2 years ago. Pre-pandemic by 3 months or so.

Well, if there is no noticeable difference, I guess I gained 17 pounds of muscle. Woohoo! lol. I wish. Anyways, it's the love handles from behind that give it away. Some muscle and strength was gained for sure, but I know the waist is bigger. I should probably measure on occasion but I like just going by the mirror.
