Wow Phil, that is quite a gain. And I was wimpering over 9 pounds. You are an excellent cook, don't let it get the best of you. Old habits sneak up on us when we are at a weak moment. I am happy the health scare is over and you are feeling ok. You are about the best low carb dieter I have ever seen. You have a good week too.

It wasn't unexpected. I've been retaining a lot of fluid with my heart issues. I'm still down 212 pounds, so I'm not fussing.
