I'm not busting out of my blue jeans, really can't even feel the extra seven pounds. I'm guessing mostly water, been a little high on the starches for the last couple of weeks. No sugar, though.

Hi Phil! You look great! I see your Degrees on your wall. Funny, I have a load of them in my lamp stand next to my bed. I have always wanted to frame them and put them somewhere. I have a lot of them and Credentials. That is very cool!

Thanks, Warren! I've got more sheepskins hanging on the opposite wall, you should definitely hang yours up. I'm hoping to start working out in a gym at some point in the new year, but I doubt it happens.

When I weighed 450 pounds everyone wanted to take my damn picture (which I promptly deleted), now that I weigh less than they do a damn camera can't be found.

I think I peed out 7.6 pounds, plus some. I took a diuretic this morning and have been whizzing like a racehorse without drinking any water all day. I doubt if I weigh in again for a few months. Hope your day has been awesome!
