Another pound. This shows an 11 pound increase in weight in the last 6 months. Even with the holidays behind us, my weight should not have drifted this far. I'm almost inclined to admit the issues that are going on with me that may be attributing to the weight gain, along with the bad habits that come with it all, but I will spare you. They will just sound like excuses.
I will just promise and vow to make better decisions and get back to where I was in a safe and healthy manner. Which is what I just did :-)

sometimes it helps to state specifically what the reasons behind your weight gain are, get it all out in the open, write it down, even if you are the only one who sees it. I doubt any of us would consider them excuses, I know I wouldn't. Whatever it takes to get on track. Good luck
