Yup, it was a very merry Christmas in the snacking and feasting department. Still a very emotional time of the year for me so I have my moments, but we visited with my hubby's sister and niece in Bournemouth over Christmas and the walks on the beach were beautiful and restorative. I also felt quite empowered driving on the highway on the trip there and back.

I'll probably start tracking again next Tuesday and bring back IF on week days as well. Even though it's only a 10 hour eating window it still helps me to reduce calories. I want to get back to some YouTube strength workouts as well, but slowly and surely - it's been a while.

so it was a dirty bulk then? I was looking at my numbers and I've definitely gotten back on track with walking from two months ago, but need to work on the food choices. I definitely need to see you doing your strength workouts so I have no excuses! happy new year to you and yours!

Happy New Year Nikina 😊 When I feel despondent, walking beaches of New England (September-May) brings solice 🤷‍♀️ Taking a long drive (May through August) up into the mountains just me and the wind (and a friend or two) that's solice. Happy New Year LivinBreezy!!! 🌟🎉❤️ We don't live near the sea, but we are lucky to have two nearby parks with wide open spaces and countryside on our doorstep too. A walk along the canals also always cheers me up. Best wishes for 2023 to you too!!!💕
