I was famished after my daily fast (at 1pm) and thought, "Hmmm. I wonder if I've lost more weight?" I snuck back on the scale and found that I was down to a new low at 209.2. Cool! Time to EAT!

try boiling as many vegetables in a pan and drink the broth, save the veg for stir fry. You won't be hungry.
