Down to 213.0 after 400 pre-dinner calories. Will have a nice 600-800 calorie dinner. Then will do about 600-800 total tomorrow, and then 1000-1200 on Thursday. Will eat whatever is left on Friday!

You have the right mindset and I'm sure you will reach your latest goal. Did you buy your Tanita online or in a store? I see the numbers I am intrigued and I may invest in one. On another note how is the Syntrax Nectar working for you? I am not going low carb. such as Atkins but I am trying to boost my protein intake and it really helps me hit my numbers. Good luck in all you do. I'm in NC so we are being hit by a snow storm that we are not used to. If you have snow please be safe. But the again you may be used to it.
