Got a new low today at 210.4 after a 1200 calorie day and no workout (a resting day after a week of fasting and working out). Feeling pretty good about this. Will do the same today and then back to fasting for two days on Monday and Tuesday before Thanksgiving.
95,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 52,0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 2,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
