The construction of the home portable sauna is almost over had to rearrange the furniture to find a place to put it, the exercise nearly killed me which shows how fat and unfit i am will post a picture later in the week although it don't look much!

Thank you for the nice comments the real test will come when lockdown finishes. Pubs will be open! Must only go in them when I am dancing the weekend away( the sight of a Walrus will get the ladies running,running to the door?) burning of the calories? I am sure I was a fiction writer in a previous life.

Chestnut at the end of the day it’s only your strength and willpower that will get you over the line plus stubbornness never hurts it’s the later one that got me through the hardest times
