Bad news: I am up 1 net pounds over the past 7 days 😒 I am eating more days during the week. A lot of stuff going on in my life, so, 'mentally' I am doing the best I can.
Good News: I am still running 15 miles a week, and I logged all my food every day 👍🏾
I still plan to only weigh on Fridays (my lowest weight during the week), until I get down into the 170s.

I don't think that one pound is bad. I know that your goal is to lose weight but I would be so curious to see if walking an extra 15 minutes daily would keep your weight the same.

@Ireland-83 - I don't think the exercise is able to keep up with my eating (sigh). For me there is a direct relation between my weight and how many carbs I take in. I have been consuming way more carbs than in the past. I'm doing this because of the 'other stuff going on" 😬

I would have been curious but I also understand that you do know what you're doing. I keep away from certain foods most of the time and that is the way I will do it and it works. At one point in my life I was trying to lose and hit a plateau. I was going to the gym 5 days a week and could not lose. I switched the cardio part from the elliptical to jogging (only 30 minutes) and I lost. I gave everything I had on the elliptical so it was strange but also great to lose. I still think that 1 pound is really not too bad but hope that everything works out for you. It is a busy life!

Take care of yourself and I hope your carb craving goes away. When stuff is going on, carbs are such a good but unhelpful drug . . . and man, do I love carbs.

@Ireland-83 - Thanks! I think the reason I mostly do the running is it allows me to 'let my mind go'. HIIT would probably get better results for me, but, I don't enjoy it :(

@liv001 - Thanks! I will get back to them when I get back into the 170s and it won't depress me daily 😆😬 - - I suspect I will need to do a 7-10 day water fast to get there first...
