I showed late to the party because I wanted to be at the gym- then I refused to eat anything so my MIL was not pleased with me. I don't care. I felt good about it. i didn't have any room left in my calories. When I married into David's family, I realized Mexicans and Italians are very alike in wanting to feed you constantly. 😬😐 Usually when I am there, there is no stopping me. Thank God it wasn't tamales.

My family is the feed you constantly type, Newfoundlanders. When I met my hubby who was deathly skinny, first words that everyone remembers was me saying “I have to fatten you up.” After a few years I thought, uhhhh, I need to stop now! 🤐 He has gained so much, he lived the food more than me. LOL We’ve both changed lifestyles quite a bit since the 90’s! Lol
