Day 5 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting

5 pounds lost this week 👍🏾🙌🏾

This weekend is a 4 day weekend for me. Usually that means massive weight gain. However, I think I can keep my carbs below 100 a day and run each day.

This will still have weight gain, but, avoid massive weight gain.

This is totally a mental exercise for me…

@Erquiaga - I put in the food I want to eat today... comes in at 150+ :( Oh well.. However, I plan to do a 11 mile run so that should help Haha

@HardDaysKnight - Haha basically I-Am-Not-Hungry (because I have not eaten any solid food yet). If I didn't 'mentally' feel I 'deserve to eat something yummy' I could lose another 5 pounds by next week...
