Day 3 of a planned 5 days of mostly ‘no solid food’ fasting
Yesterday I got a 5 mile 🏃🏾♂ run in 👍🏾
I just need to stick to the diet. Yes, I always gain on the weekends, but, I have actual net losses during the week if I don’t eat solid food during the week.
This is why the holidays really threw me off. I had multiple weeks, over months, where I was bingeing during the week.
