Day 2 of a planned 5 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting

Day 12 of 14 days of the "Challenge" with @SharonsVictory: No 'Binging' (more than 100 carbs) for two weeks

Yesterday I did my normal ‘no solid food’ fast. 20 carbs and 1100 calories. I get a 1500 calorie expenditure just by staying alive and breathing all day (see: “Where fat goes when you lose weight” https://www.cnn.com/2018/03/26/health/lose-weight-where-does-it-go-partner/index.html).

I am sure I gained 2 pounds because I was in a less ‘hydrated state’ all weekend, and lack of exercise on Monday, because I was so busy, didn’t help.

I am not going to change anything. I will just stick to my usual ‘no solid food’ fast all week.

I still plan to be around 165lbs by Saturday.
