This is a big drop from my gain from going on a short vacation. Will probably be down a bit more tomorrow. And yes, currently cutting.

I gained 11 pounds in a couple days. I lost 6 overnight. I will most likely be down another few tomorrow and back to baseline by Thursday.

Let's just say I haven't done a planned bulk in a looong time. I end up doing an unplanned bulk with zero working out in the winter. :( I've lost muscle and strength over the years because of this. I end up gaining most of it back during my cut due to muscle memory but not 100%. I need to stay on top of it this year to get back to my best.
