I’m a strong follower of Jesus Christ
Have been up & down with my weight since I had my first child he’s 43 in 2012
I was Born in Detroit Mich
Moved to Naples Fl
I now Live in Missouri
Found out I had cancer in May 2012 it was found and got into remission 11-2012 rough time the Lord saw too it for me to Live needing to get a knee replacement in may 2014 and need this weight off
Nov 1.2013.. weight 244 now weigh 219
have lost and gained since then still at 219 about 6 lbs a month
I believe in Prayer and am believing God will help me !!!
