I take walnuts and toast them in grass fed butter in a frying pan then add some cinnamon and stevia power mix to them then put them in a baking pan and put in a low heat oven for about an hour or so and OMG so good..remember portion control they are that good

I think I'm going to make a version of it next week. I've got frozen green beans and walnuts. I'll stir fry with olive oil and add some chicken and a tablespoon of oyster sauce. I've made something similar before and your picture reminded me of it.
