I know no one really reads these things anyway, but it's appropriate to make it public. After years of exercising and crazy diets, I finally found the 2 things that help me drop the fat, bread and portion control. My whole life I've always had very large portions of food, especially starches and the like. But now I finally have started a habit of doing the right things until I finally get to where I want to be.
Numbers are nothing now though. I'm shooting for a look that will reflect all the strength I've gained since my training began.
