JosephBlade's Logboek, 21 jan 12

changing goal weight to 75 for now, for 2 reasons.
1: I'm building up a decent amount of muscle, and
2: most recommended body weights for my frame are 74 and up.

I'm not giving up going to 70 but my first aim will be 75 and i'll see from there. if I still have manboobs or a belly, i'll keep going, otherwise i'll try to plateau/increase my calory intake a little bit.

however i'm never going back off the leash again I think. and no candy or other stupid foods anymore. sane and thing is my goal.
