Woke at 215.6, down 1.2 from yesterday. Weigh in day (every 7 days) so I will choose the lowest weight from the past week. Having a big happy hour / karaoke party after work so will not get to weigh in again until about 10 or so. Targeting 2190 calories. UPDATE: Had a fantastic time at the party (OK -- full disclosure -- it was my birthday). Had friends from several decades show up and it was amazing. Plus, my sister Nancy and her boyfriend Zak drove all the way down from Cleveland to join in. What a special surprise! Was in no condition to weigh in when I got home! Did not eat dinner except for some chicken strips that I was ordered to eat near the end of the night. Ate a total of 1875 calories for the day based mostly on a big lunch.
