Woke at 210.8, up 1.4 from yesterday. There is a daily med I need to take in pill form that has a strong effect on regularity. Will try to drink more. Targeting 2097 calories. Working a job fair so should get plenty of exercise. UPDATE: Walked almost 10K steps at the job fair. Denise and Jason took me out for Italian food so no post-workday weigh in. Stayed away from the pasta and bread (where's my medal?) No weigh in tonight.
