Realistically, I don't think that I can physically get to my goal weight anymore. The training I'm currently doing causes more muscle development than my original routine. For example, 4 days ago, I was 216, today I'm 210. Any weight in numbers will radically change as I train. Though I should really learn to use this tool more often, keeps me focused.
