Woke at 212.8 after a good night of sleep. Weighed 212.6 after 16:8 IF. Have to catch up on some things today but will grab an hour walk/run outside if I can squeeze it in. That should get me into the 2-OHs again. Happy Veteran's Day to all my fellow vets. It's our anniversary as well. Denise has to work but flowers are on the way there and we will have a nice dinner later.
