Today begins a 4 week long trip down trainer lane. I recently saw a trainer for about 5 weeks and learned more than enough to gain back the edge I lost. He liked me enough to also give me a 4 week plan, which I intend to follow. I will pay more attention to the Fatsecret tool and weigh myself more frequently while watching the diet.
