The first pound is always the hardest. Thankfully, just as it always has been, consistency and proper diet always win out. Now that the a large source of stress has been alleviated, I should be as consistent as ever and will continue to eliminate some of, rather terrible, things I've been eating lately. Hopefully other parts of my life will continue to improve and help prevent me from the stress eating and further my goals.
Hate to rant about excuses. I assure everyone, there are no more of those.
