Draglist's Logboek, 26 mei 15

OK, post-weekend damage report! Woke at 220.0 lbs. this morning and 15.4 percent body fat. That's a gain of about a pound and a half of BF and 7.5 pounds of water over Saturday morning's 211.0 reading. Will eat coconut oil, a Quest Bar, some protein powder in water, and a bag of nuts or two today at work. Will work out and then weigh in before dinner. Will still show a gain, but we'll deal with it, whatever it is.
