So this weight is on a different scale than what I have been working on for about a year. This weight is so different, it makes me think that the other scale has been lying or this one is simply not calibrated. Seeing as this is my only weigh in in several weeks, I'm going to need to take it.
There has been so many stressors running around me these days that I barely feel human anymore, and I think I've been taking out my frustrations on food. Balance has been so difficult to find now that it feels that such a goal is impossible to get. New rule though: unless I'm working out that day (cause sadly that's what my training has had to degrade to), minimal food is REQUIRED!
