in 234 days, I gained an additional 20 lb due to the level of stress and pain that I have experienced the past 6 years with a significant other that was a truly destructive force, so powerful and yet I never even knew it. this is the heaviest I've ever been, and there are truly health defects with the amount of weight that I have put upon myself.
