wouldn't be a question in my house if I'd eat the whole thing but rather is this the only one. 😁😁 looks pretty tasty. and numbers look good.

Love Quest pizzas! and they're low carb so that's a bonus. The taco pizza is amazing.

I've never seen Quest pizzas. But I would eat it all. I had a DiGiorno pizza for one a few weeks ago. It's hard for me to get enough protein and that alone would justify eating it all!

I don't worry about sodium. My BP is always low and any gain drops off again. I thought it was pretty good. It started off good... By the last few bites I was pretty full and it was less good...of course being the fatty that I am, I pushed through and ate it all. I'm sure I'll buy more.

I love water and drink it all day long. I won't wake up bloated and I'll look more pumped at the gym. It's a win win. 💪🏼❤️

I'm trying out Dr Micheal Mosleys' FAST800 Keto, as I like a challenge. Be on it since Monday and already feeling less bloated, but feeling the lack of sugar atm,

I eat some vegan harvest flat bread pizza thing for under 600 cals the entire thing. It’s soooo good. Not as high protein though.

I'm trying out some Quest bars for the protein. They are good and they say they are low carb - but what they mean is that there is fiber also. Supposed to offset the carbs. But our beloved FS doesn't count that way. So all 24 carbs in the bar are counted. And my weight this morning is the same as yesterday. So, I will probably continue to use Quest products for the extra protein, but I also have to live with the carbs... 🤷‍♀️

I hate all other quest products. I have tried the bars. The worst for me was some kind of high protein potato chips or something. I just couldn't stomach it.

3dkids2 - you can have your food diary set up to show net carbs which subtracts the fiber. It will only show so many things and I wanted to see how much fiber I get every day and noticed the net carbs selection.
