It took awhile (and that's an understatement) but I finally feel that I have grasped a diet that allows me to really lose weight without having to overdo training. I still overdo training on the days that I do, but on the days where I can't, I stick solidly to calorie counts. I'm seeing the effects now, they are slow, but nothing worth earning ever comes quickly.
