I've been getting really down on how little I'm actually training anymore. For 2 weeks or more I've been having serious trouble getting to the gym (motivation), finding the ability to perform the routines I want (gym population SKYROCKETED), and then finding the energy to perform said exercises, and I believe it's because of the extreme change in diet. I've gone from eating 2400-2800 calories, to 1600-1800. This could attest to how little I am able to do, how shitty I've been feeling, and how sad I've been getting towards my regular training times throughout the day. While I am losing weight in numbers, it is not through training, only through diet (and possibly water loss). I'm not trying any diet pills or what not, just simply eating less.
