Keep it up. I too pt on weight during the holidays while spending time with family. As you said family is so important and you enjoyed that time. I would not trade the time I spent with them for the pounds I gained for anything. Thanks for your posts. You do inspire and encourage others.

LOL! This is the guy who was ready to party down all week to celebrate the New Year 2014. Is that bottle of scotch empty yet? Ha Ha Ha! You will feel fine after you eat again. Not sure about the cottage cheese, though, and your wee hangover. You need meat and cheese and tomatoey stuff! Hee Hee!
