Hope everyone had a great Christmas Day. We did. Ate a ton on Christmas Eve and all day on Christmas Day. Visibly heavier and defintely gained 10 pounds at least. Will do an official weigh in tomorrow and it won't be pretty. I have the rest of the month to try to get NEAR a 1000 calorie per day deficit, but that will be hard to do at this point. Will begin 2014 with some combination of 'hitting my macros' and Keld's Indulgence plan. All the best!

Hah! Sounds like you had a very Merry Christmas. That's good. That's what it's for. And you've never had any real problems getting things back in control afterward... so, I think you'll be fine!
