Woke at 234.8, down 1.8 from yesterday. No big win. Still well over where I want to be. Started with protein coffee and chats with Denise. Will do workout in the early afternoon. UPDATE: Did body weights workout at 3 pm, and then did 30 minutes of HIIT on the bike. Soaked with sweat and got great work in the peak heart zone. Went outside and got 15 minutes of sun on both sides, then I just sat and chilled with some music playing and a Coors Light. Came in at 6:30 and weighed 231.0. Will break the fast with some chicken fajitas.
