Woke at 231.5, down .4 from yesterday but I expected more. Feeling great on the fasting-mimicking diet, including evidence of increased human growth hormone. Started with weights, green tea, and black coffee. Targeting 800 calories today. UPDATE: Got to 229.1 by 4 pm. Ate about 450 calories at lunch with some good protein, so I'll cram some bulk veggies for dinner.
