Woke at 217.2, down .4 from yesterday. I'm not believing this -- yesterday was an eating day and I was not shy about eating! Kept the macros in check though. Fasting today. Started with plain coffee. Slept in too late so I did not get to do my morning workout before I had to get on the phone and start doing teleconferences. I will get it done sometime today. UPDATE: Water, green tea, and black coffee all day. Weighed in at 5:30 and got down to 216.6, a new low for the year.
