Tee hee. I hide behind a chair when doing my bridging...and it is just my RM and a puppy. You are brave. Way to go on the leg work...which is my favorite. :)

I did my first leg day today since April--I need a wheel chair :(

I also did legs today. Also worked in full body..ie: squats with a kettle bell pull, lunges with shoulder press, jump squats on trl with bicep curl, etc. Im with u on hip thrusters.. BTW, u are looking strong and beautiful! Merry Christmas!🎅🤶🎄🎁💜💜

Hip thrusts are my favorite spectator exercise. Seriously, there are some large muscles in the legs. It pays to work them...

Ah, got my bridging in today before the puppy attacked me for playtime. Phew! No humans saw it. :)

We did them 3 times this week. I guess we are getting set for a slow upcoming week...all of the holidays!!
