My last wiegh in was two weeks ago (4/9)which is where I got my beginning wieght of 205 lbs. My highest was 209 lbs. recorded on 3/26. I think I am going to change my beginning wieght to reflect what I have done since beginning this venture. I don't know if I can but 4 lbs is an accomplishment too. I'm telling you when my last wiegh in was because it seems misleading to show a 2 lbs difference in one day. If anyone is reading this. Also, this is the 3rd day I've been monitoring my points and truly following the wieght watchers plan.

Eating by myself isn't as difficult as I thought it would be to follow the plan, i.e. breakfast and lunch. The problem is when I get home and try to find something for dinner that my husband can eat and be satisfied. Terribly surprised to find out that 1/2 a pound of cheap hamburger meat is 19 points. I only had 14 points left for dinner. He doesn't have a lot of time during the day to eat lunch. He's supportive but very hungry when he comes home from work, so I fill hurried when it comes to dinner. I think that's when I start settling. Luckily, I love veggies. Just something to work out I guess.

Overall, very happy today to see the scale go down instead of up. I does feel good to write this stuff down. Hmmm...suprised.
