This is the easter madness gain, but I'm glad it's only 1kg. Somehow I've managed to keep up with an hour of exercise each day since Sunday (50/50 strength training and treadmill), but think I'll have a rest day tomorrow . Starting a new challenge for May with my hubby so hoping that will get me closer to my end goal. There will be a festival outing on the first weekend and Mother's Day lunch to deal with, but hopefully that damage will be minimal.
