My wife made a delicious new dish for us last night. It was seasoned cauliflower rice and black beans. I was well under my RDI but no, I had a late night snack attack. I ate half a can of honey roasted peanuts and some cookies...

We have all been there! The choices you were could have been aloooot worse (a dozen donuts and a pizza for instance) Peanuts, honey, and cookies are not terrible. Today is a new day!

Yep, I'm human. Maintenance is challenging but nothing compared to losing those last ten pounds. After that tracking is a pleasure...

John, Up then down is the secret...maintenance is a recognition that we are either gaining or losing and almost never static at one perfect balance of energy in equals energy out. Well done!!

I agree Steven. Seldom is my weight the same two days in a row. Logging is the key to control. As long as I practice logging daily I don't have worries...

I love cauliflower!! And I mostly logg daily cuz when I don't I always go off track!! Hope that you have a great night!!
