Trying to not react to the scale and just be patient with my progress. I’ve been bouncing in the same 1 lb range for 2 weeks now and spiked this morning…maybe from the salt in a 100 cal bag of popcorn yesterday? I’m not sure, but going to keep a positive attitude. 😀
