week 9 pregnancy: im eating mostly Mediterranean, some junk but not alot. i dont have a huge appetite most of the time. started on levothyroxine, for subclinical hypothyroidism, about 5 nights ago. i take it when i wake up in middle of night, cuz it never fails. my sleep quality has improved with unisom also. i walk daily, especially with new puppy. 1x week weightlifting, 2x prenatal pilates. nausea is manageable, its the fatigue that gets me.

My wife had 5 children and if asked she would say the tiredness doesn't go away before the last one is 18 yo, then it starts again if you have Covid at age 75. lol

Busy, my knees hurt with chasing puppy around. My left has arthritis, and i suspect that my right is developing it.

But watch out for swelling always be aware of swelling it can cause stretch marks it's amazing how quickly those develop. All of my stretch marks developed overnight o.O. I only got stretch marks with one of my three children (my 1st). I have pretty substantial stretch marks on my tummy like I said all of my stretch marks I got within the course of three nights all within the third trimester which like I said it happened over three nights. Now in my case a pregnancy I had significant illness in all three pregnancies it lost weight in the first trimester and all three pregnancies. With my first pregnancy I lost 11 lb in the first trimester. In the case of my pregnancies I typically didn't gain any weight until the last month which is probably why I got stretch marks in those three nights because like I said I gained all of my weight in the last trimester. It's my experience that fatigue comes and goes throughout the pregnancy sometimes you will feel super energized and sometimes you feel like crud 🤷
