This is exactly what the scale said a week ago before it went up over 3 lbs. / I decided to try focussing on weekly weight so my last weeks average weight was 135.1. Will see on Sunday what happened this week. . I walked again yesterday. Sort of a rainy day wet day typical for winters here. I love the colours. .. If you squint you may see the eagle in the first pic and the animal tracks (i think elk) in the second one
