Thursday was a great Thanksgiving, but ate TOO MUCH good food. Then Friday, I stayed reasonable. But, through it all with too much salt & good food, 6 pounds were put on. It will go away over the next week, but those scales sure do tell the truth. Hope you had a wonderful holiday.
