Disappointed, but trying to look at the bigger picture. I did manage 4 hours of exercise this week and hopefully will fit another hour in tomorrow to make the total 12 hours for the month. Have decided to give myself a target of at least 3 hours of exercise a week for this year. Seems I kind of did it last year without even realising it. Hope I can start March on 68kg though!
