hi All, not weighing this week not here. In Hastings seeing my best friend Angela and her family. To be fully honest I have put on so much weight I am ashamed as its my idea, I am extremely proud of those of you who have lost weight I am delighted ❤️. My heart is not in weight loss at the moment, but hope to get into the swing of things very soon. I am still here but not me fir now. Nothing to worry about I get Sad in the winter so it's just that. Merry is still around. please don't worry about meI just need out time for a little while. I will be back. You will still hear from me as I will still be supporting you all. much love Merry Mel ❤️

Wow! You just described me. We will get there eventually, but I don’t think I’m going to reach goal by Christmas, maintaining where I am will be my mantra for now. Blessings to you Mel!!
