This is not the kind of weight loss anyone should be glamorizing. I feel sick as fuck all day every day, nauseated, my stomach physically hurts. Have beat the crap out of my body these last couple weeks and I’m paying for it now. Recovery from this raw standpoint is literally a shit show. Not my cup of tea. Is what it is though
