It's a new thing... Some do intuitive eating... I do intuitive weighing. I'm just going to record what I feel like I weigh since FS was freaking out and telling me to weigh in. I'll be back to it soon. Just taking a break while I try to manage life and fill a void with food. Prayers appreciated. ❤️

So you GAINED a Panda? (lol) Just checking as keep having issues with my Smart Scale too. 

There is more to weight (and life!) than the numbers on the scale.  

My scale, I have wanted to kick, punch, fling it out my bathroom window, like it’s a frisbee, take a hammer to it!! I have a love/mostly hate relationship with my scale! That’s why I use the doctors scale now!! Mine’s on time out!!
